The Tech showed up on time which was great and appreciated.The best thing was the Customer Service person I spoke to on the phone who was Heather S.She was patient and very helpful, even though I had numerous questions and spoke to here on the phone and email more times that most would. She was very professional and EXCELLENT in answering all my questions and concerns. She was more than helpful and if it wasn't for her, I am not sure if I would've hired CSP to install my alarm system. She was great and a great person to have as a contact at CSP. (This note is for the CSP management, you have a winner with that Lady).
As I cannot provide the price, I am adding it here. The installation was free and they had a promotion on for the first 6 months free. Contractually you are obligated for the next 2.5 years yet, you can sell the system if you sell the house or take it with you to your new home.

CSP were a great company to work with. They were very helpful and friendly on the phone and professional with the installation. The price was competitive as well and we have been happy with the product.

I reached out to several home security service providers in July to get info and pricing on a security system for our new home. Our previous home had a Rogers security system that we really liked. Chelsee at Canadian Security Professionals was my last call and turned out to be my best. She made a very nice presentation over the phone and by email and the pricing package was quite competitive. We decided to go with their service and the install was done expertly and on the the scheduled date and time. I had a few follow up questions after the installation and they were answered promptly. We are pleased with the system and it has all the features we wanted and more. The process was stress free from the beginning and I have recommended CSP to several of my friends. Many thanks!

We recently had CSP install a system in our home & we are loving it! We had another company before but their mobile app does not even compare to all the things you can do with alarm.com. It's so nice to be able to check in on the system when we're out of town or at work. Would recommend to friends and family for sure! (Sister & parents already have CSP system)

We recently switched over to Canadian Security Professionals from our old company as we weren't to happy with the system or the service we were getting. The representatives at CSP have been a pleasure to deal with and were very helpful with recommended the best options for what we were looking for. The system is really easy to use and I love that we can now control our alarm system, thermostat, and door lock all from the same app. Also the installer was very friendly and made sure we knew how to use all the different feautures. We have recommended CSP to all our family and friends.

we had a home security system installed on Dec 22/15, the day after we ordered the system. The installation was quick. I was very impressed with Chelsee, whom I spoke to over the phone. She is very knowledgeable , polite, and very easy to talk to. Her great way of speaking to me, the customer, was one of the main reasons for ordering this security system. We are quite comfortable with our system.
