Was a loose Electrical wire in the basement which saved me from hiring an electrician to look into the matter because he fixed it and the power was restored to the working bell camera which didnt fail. It was a power issue. Technician came within hours of my. Phoning the office with my issue Im very happy with the quick service I am getting if help is needed
