Peter and his team installed new bathroom fixtures for us (shower, double sink, toilet) as well as a new sump pump. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. His guys tidied up after each day and did a great job. We had one warranty issue afterwards and they came the same day I called and had it fixed with a new part within the hour.

I had a plumbing emergency & Peter really came through for me, He had two of his guys come & fixed my issue within a couple hours of my call. Our bathroom sink stopped draining on Friday so I started looking into plumbers on Saturday and emailed Plumbers Direct after my sister recommended them. I ended up calling them and having a brief conversation to ensure the diagnosis of my problem and they said they could have someone out on Monday to fix it. They came by during the window of time that they said they would even though the weather decided that it wanted to dump some snow. They wore masks, were great about communicating what they were going to do and did the work very quickly. They even provided a quote on our kitchen sink where the faucet was dripping a bit. Bathroom sink is draining even better than it was before. Would recommend Plumbers Direct, really convenient, stress-free and quick service.

Tree roots clogg our drainage, requiring the pipes to be snaked. I called Plumbers Direct and Tenzen was there in an hour, with the problem being fixed an hour after that. Reliable, professional, and competent.

I contacted Plumbers Direct when a drain got so so clogged that my entire home had a horrific smell! The owner of the company "Peter" got back to me within minutes of my call and Tenzin and Janaid were dispatched to my house and within 2 hours and the mission was accomplished. Not only did they do a great job, they were tidy, very polite, professional and kept me in the loop throughout the job. I would recommend Plumbers Direct to anyone and will definitely use the service again.

I contacted PLUMBERS DIRECT in February 2021 to have Faucets replaced, bathtub caulked, and washing machine hoses replaced. Thankfully they suggested I have my rubber washing machine hoses replaced as they are the number one cause for flooding and can cause major damage to your home. Rubber hoses should be replaced every 5 years; better yet replace them with stainless steel braided hoses!! Thank you again for excellent service, I can always count on and rely on Plumbers Direct!
