Pretty Handy Guy

After researching various "handy man" companies, I decided to give Pretty Handy Guy "John" a call regarding a project to dry wall my garage. As busy as he was, he was able to review the job, give some suggestions and provided me with a competitive quote to dry wall and complete the first mudding. Between John's very busy schedule (which is a good that he is in such demand) and my busy schedule at work, we were able to negotiate a date to complete the work. The dry wall was delivered on time and John arrived at ETA provided. The installation went very well and the mudding was completed. He had all the tools required for completion of the project. John also thoroughly cleaned up after the job, like he was never there. My garage is now ready for my storage organization plan. Looking forward to have the Pretty Handy Guy complete several projects in the future. Thanks John!!

I needed two rooms painted and shelving built for over my new fridge. The first person I thought of, after I realized I could not handle this project on my own, was "Pretty Handy Guy". He lives in my neighbourhood and I see his truck everywhere. He was professional, efficient and highly skilled at preparing and painting my kitchen and family room. He even helped me with the impossible task of choosing my "greige" paint colour. My mother-in-law walked in while he was painting and loved his work. Now he's quoting a job at her house too.

When we needed some shelves installed in our family room beside our newly installed fireplace and the only one I would trust with the job was John. He immediately came to mind as we had him do some work a few years prior and was very impressed and I remembered that he had a love of carpentry. The work was done immaculately, on time and with little mess, but a lot of laughs!! He has a natural flair for the artistic which helps him visualize what the customer can't. Thanks again John and I am looking forward to our next collaboration.

John painted an absolutely perfect mural on the wall of our nursery. He was very friendly and professional and we could not be happier with the final result. I would highly recommend his work.

John created and installed cedar screening for our front porch to hide the ugly furnace vent pipes and dryer vent. He added a door to gain access to the area if required and bonus, I can store garden tools there. After he installed it he painted it a colour to match our garage door and front door. John is very creative and detail oriented. This is the second job he has done for us in Burlington and previously he did a lot of work in our Streetsville home so we could sell it. He is not cheap, but, you get what you pay for.

John did a fantastic job with our front door, garage doors, back door, balcony posts, and upper area. It required a lot of prep, and I appreciated his attention to detail, friendly disposition, and dedication to the amount of work required to get it done properly so it will last - took 4 days. Very happy with how it turned out!!! Highly recommend John for any painting you need done - I wasn't surprised he was an artist/illustrator for 20 years in his previous career.

John installed a heated mirror panel in my home and did an excellent job! He was fast, efficient and friendly. He researched how to install it and knew what he was doing. I would recommend him to anybody!

Excellent experience from a first time customer. John was responsive, price was fair, quality of work was excellent, and completed on time. Would highly recommend, and use again if I had another project like this one.

John was brought in to do a few projects and did them all extremely well. The paint and trim was done very efficiently. The half wall installed was done with great craftsmanship. John went above and beyond to make sure all projects were completed to satisfaction. Well done!

This is the second time I have used his services. Have a wall that runs from main floor to basement. The color was copper and wanted it painted Dijon.

Job was done same day and no mess and no fuss. Wall looks amazing and would not hesitate to hire him for any other future projects.
