downsizing/home sale

Trigger help my family clear my father's house after it became necessary for him to move to a retirement residence. It was an overwhelming job for us to undertake but Trigger handled everything will professionalism, enthusiasm and good humour. She arranged for a professional to come and sell the house as well. An emotional and hard time in our lives became easier because of her efforts.

Reorganized packing a 3,800 square feet-house to move into storage units, and helped finalizing the move.

Trigger, the owner of Systems N’ Spaces is a wonderful human being who puts all of herself into her work, which really makes a big difference. She has helped me finalizing my move from a 3,800 square feet-house into 2 storage units. She is extremely well organized, sees very quickly the whole picture as well as the detailed tasks that need to be done, and is extremely efficient. She proposes new ideas and most importantly, gets things done in a timely fashion. She literally "saved my life" in that move. She was referred to me by another professional organizer, which in itself says a lot about her credibility among her peer group. I would recommend her any time to anybody first, because of her professionalism, and also because she is respectful of her clients, very flexible, and has a very dynamic and cheerful personality, which helps a lot in these moments.

Organizing My Life

Trigger has been absolutely unbelievable in helping me get ahold of things and organize my life. She helped dig me out of a hopelessly disorganized mess of stuff. She then went on to organize my entire basement, office, kitchen, living room, and garage. Later she helped me pack all the stuff in my house and move. She even arranged for her trusted movers to come, and helped me move specific items to my new place herself (stuff I didn't want moved by ordinary movers).

In addition to her natural ability to organize things, one of the great thing about Triggs is that she isn't afraid of going the extra mile or thinking outside the box while she's organizing. A good example of this is when she saw a nice big desk in my garage that was taking up valuable space and collecting dust. She suggested that I could sell it and free up the space and I agreed. She took care of taking pictures of it, posting an add on kijiji under my account, and even talking to potential buyers. All I had to do was agree on a price and pick up the cash when someone came by to pick it up!

Another great thing about Triggs is that she isn't afraid of rolling up her sleeves to do what needs to be done. For example, it doesn't make sense to organize stuff in a dirty space and she knows that. That's not to say that there isn't a huge difference between an organizer and a cleaner - there definitely is!

Trigger has worked alone in my house many times, as well as looked after things when I was out of town. I would trust her with my life.

I have and will continue to recommend Trigger to my friends and family members. Most people are either not aware of how much value an amazing organizing consultant can bring to their life (or business) or are too proud to let someone else take care of things that they're either too busy to do or not capable of doing… too bad for them!

Office and Space Organization

Wow where to start Systems-N-Spaces put our business on track. Sometimes you get lost and do not know where to start .Trigger even designed a new logo for the business. The office has become organized which has left our life organized.Thanks Trigger

organizational and de cluttering services

I am a hoarder, and Triggerr of TLC has been working with me - starting with baby steps that I am comfortable with. My kitchen table has been piled with papers and stuff for years and is now clear. My home is more organized and Triggerr has taught me how to maintain an organized home. My friends and relatives have noticed the change and I am much less stressed. Triggerr is extremely positive encouraging and patient. She always shows up on time, her prices are reasonalbe - I purchased an organizational package because I had a lot of stuff to deal with, including itmes from my mother s estate. She is a very hard worker and is willing to tackle anything. She is supportive and has helped me with the emotional challenges I have with hoarding. Trigger has walked me through decision making around itmes, and has helped my priorize what and where and how to organize.

Moving my mother to a smaller apartment in a senior's community

During my mother's recent move Triggerr was kind, flexible, and most accommodating. She offered excellent advice, worked incredibly hard and, in general, saved my bacon. In the weeks following the move, Triggerr popped in to see how Mom was doing and kept me up to date with things on the Mom-front. Triggerr knows how to organize, set up and get things done., but she takes it to another level with her kindness, sense of fun and and sincere caring for those she is helping. Many thanks, Triggerr!

downsizing and moving into a smaller space

Trigger's services are invaluable. She is able to come into any space and see immediatley what is needed to move to another space. She has the talent and the resources to handle any request whether it is, shelving, moving, packing,furniture placement,big or small she does it all. I enjoyed working with her very much. I found her to be considerate, professional, and confidential.

Downsizing and moving seniors

After my father was hospitalized and later placed in a nursing home, my mother decided to move from their home of 30+ years into a retirement residence. After such a long time in the same house, it was full, from attic to basement. Triggerr arrived and organized this huge task, helping my mother sort through everything and guided her through decisions about what to keep, what to donate, what could sell, etc. Triggerr worked with the floor plan of the apartment in the retirement residence, measuring furniture and designing about 8 different furniture arrangements to choose from. Triggerr packed everything with great care and moving day was effortless for the family. She even drove my mother's car, with my mother as a passenger, across the city to the new location. By the end of the SAME DAY, everything was unpacked, pictures were hung, closets were organized, plants were in place, dishes ready to use.

This was a difficult period for my mother, and Triggerr was compassionate and caring, cheering my mother up through periods of tears. She has become like a daughter to my mother, and like a sister to me. She checks in with us frequently, to make sure everything is okay, to see if she can help further, and just to catch up. She is cheerful, energetic and a lot of fun to be around. She has gentle ways to get through the emotional maze of downsizing, all the while remaining focused on the task at hand.

Triggerr also has valuable contacts in different fields to help things progress. For example, she connected us with a lady who is skilled at appraising collectibles, dishes, etc.

Triggerr was on time and on budget. She was there when she said she'd be, which is a rare characteristic these days.

This is the most amazing company and best service imagineable. I continue to recommend Systems 'n Spaces to my friends who may eventually have to help their parents through a similar situation. It was worth every single penny, and more. If I have to move, I know who I'm calling.

organizing and arranging basement

total home reorganization and space planning

Triggerr was amazing. We have been working with her for the past 2 years. Her knowledge and spirit are top notch. She came into our house and taught us about space planning in such a way that staying organized is now easy ... (ie. everything important has its place).
