We used Northern Comfort to replace our dining room window 2 years ago. They did a fabulous job. In July we had a salesman out to order windows for our living room. They were to match the dining room window. Northern even sent a second person out to measure and ensure the order was right. Our new windows were installed in February. They are the wrong windows and the installers either didn’t know what they were doing or didn’t care. They overcut our stucco and left us with a big mess to repair. Now over 6 weeks later we have no information regarding what they are going to do to make it right. Zero customer service.
