Charles and his crew did a GREAT job removing mold in our attic. He is very knowledgeable, follows up with every question, worked great with coordinating with other trades, and delivered everything he promised. We are extremely satisfied!!

Mold Tech is a great company to use for mold remediation. The owner and staff were extremely knowledgeable and truly cared to resolve the issue.

Had a complete upstairs shower demo and nasty mold remediation. In addition portions of the downstairs ceiling drywall had to be removed and mold treated.
Charles and crew did a fine job and what they said they would do. Cleanup was also very good.

We had a leak from a pipe in our basement that caused mold to grow behind walls in our basement. Charles replied promptly to our request for services and he and his team did an expert job. They cleaned up everything up after they were finished. They answered all our questions and were easy to talk to.

We had a house that we were getting ready for sale and it had very old carpet in the basement. We knew that the basement had flooded a while back and the elderly homeowner didn’t have the carpet removed. We contacted Charles at Mold Tech. We asked him to review the whole house, as the person had a lot of items stacked up and we weren’t sure what we’d find when all the boxes were removed. Sure enough, there was mold. The basement drywall was removed, carpeting, ceiling tiles that were questionable (just in case). Everything was cleaned up and all the debris was taken out. The upstairs also needed to be treated as well as some of the closets that had two exterior walls had been so packed, mold had gotten into the surface of the walls just due to condensation. As well as cleaning up under the kitchen sink. The home had 3-4 days of work done. It was done thoroughly and everything was removed so the charming house was ready to go on the market properly, with no issues. Charles was in touch every step of the way and did a great job! Highly recommended to anyone with a small job or big. Charles knows what he is doing and is the best. As a realtor, we’ve worked with a lot of others, and Mold Tech is simply the best and our go to for all future uses!!!

I was dealing mainly with Charles, he came the next day to give a quote, I needed it to fix the issue and he made a huge effort by rearranging his schedule and making sure I am satisfied with the timing.

They were very informative and friendly. Removed a portion of mold in my basement caused by water damage.

Removal of mold on sections of roof sheathing. And also in all of the nooks and crannies!! Most importantly, I called 2 contractors with great reviews and it was obvious who I was hiring. In this case, I was able to discuss the job directly with the gentleman who would be leading the work at my house. Sent some pictures that we reviewed on the spot with great detail. Charles explained the importance of remediation but also source identification. I'm doing this for the first time so I found the education aspect helpful. In comparison, the other shop would insist that it'll be done right and pressured me to book an appointment. I just didn't feel good about the phone call. There was no pressure for me to pick this company. Charles went above and beyond by walking around the house to identify problem areas. He was subtle so no one knew he was here to remove mold which may be important to some clients. It was not a concern for me but I appreciate the consideration. And he sent me a follow up email to share what he saw in my attic that needed fixing. From bathroom vents with poor installation requiring repair, to pointing out that I should ensure the insulation company coming in behind would address covering the exposed hvac pipes. I was really happy with the meticulous work and clean up. Very courteous gentleman, arrived on time, cleaned up after his crew, provided me with helpful info. A great pleasure to work with. And I deal with my share of contractors so I know what a good (and bad) experience is.

Charles was wonderful to work with. We had to remediate the mold quickly and he was very accommodating to our tight schedule. The team that came in was great - they worked efficiently and made minimal disturbances during their time at my house. I would recommend him to any of my friends or family.
