Alan deserves full marks for his thorough inspection of my home. He was knowledgeable and articulate, patient and respectful, prompt and professional. I got more than my money's worth of sound advice, followed by a multi-page report and offer to contact him in the future with further questions. The option of paying with VISA was a bonus.

Alan's experience and keen eye delivered a thorough report on both the interior and exterior of a gorgeous home that we were considering for purchase.

He immediately pointed out the simple fixes and deficiencies which were minor. He also pointed out the exterior wiring code infraction, break in the thermal glass addition area and most importantly noted that there was mold-like substance in the attic roof space and why he thought it might exist. He then sent a detailed inspection report that same night with photos and comments which we were able to share with the Seller's Reator.

The Seller's Realtor immediately called the air quality company and roofer to determine 1) why there was mold-like substance in the attic when the roof was only 4 yrs old 2) the amount it would cause to remove the mold-like substance and, 3) what options existed.

The end result was an abatement of several thousand dollars off the purchase price and the ability to purchase a beautiful and otherwise extremely well-maintained home. We purchased knowing that this serious health threat that was also compromising the structure of the home would be resolved and our dream home was only a pen stroke away.

Best money I've spent in years!!

First time home buyer. I really like learning about houses work and wanted to make sure I was getting a safe and quality home for my first house. Allan was reccomended to me and I was very happy with the inspection. He was patient, explained things to me and tolerated my billions of questions. He climbed under decks, into tiny attics and behind furnaces and air condidtioners. He genuinely looked at everything he could physically look at, gave reccomendations and resources. The report was also extremely clear, gave photos and diagrams and suggestions for what needs immediate attention and how to fix it. I am now able to budget realistically to get the most important things done. Even better he has kept in touch and answered follow up questions. Great!

A highly knowledgeable, patient, and professional inspector, extremely detailed reporting system, and the latest in equipment - including thermal scanning, produced a result like no other.
