I'm glad I called Malcolm to do the roof repair for some missing shingles. Called him one evening after being frustrated at a roofing contractor who said he would call me back. I take it my job was not worth his time. Anyway, Malcolm came the next day and did the repairs. Malcolm's price was fair compared to other quotes from other roofing companies.

I called Malcolm to take a look at some potential rodent access points in my home, which we discovered during a large reno. He came by to take a look and provide a quote on the same day I called him, which was great. He was quite thorough in taking a look at my roof - providing a recommendation and quote before he left my home. Due to the issues identified, he recommended replacing the first level portion of my roof, including the acrylic skylight (with a glass one).

Malcolm was really good at keeping me updated throughout the course of his work. He also fixed a couple of leak points he discovered while on the roof and cleaned the gutters while working on the roof but kept to the original price that we agreed upon.

I think Malcolm did a terrific job with my roof replacement and repairs at a very reasonable price. I also appreciated how he was timely, with both coming out to do a quote and completing the job. Highly recommended!

We had some ridge caps torn off our roof on the weekend due to raccoon damage... I called Malcolm (sole owner/operator) who came out the same afternoon to assess the damage and provide an estimate.

His pricing is reasonable, and he completed the repairs as scheduled and promised. It was a rainy day on his initial visit, so I also pointed out a few gutter leaks which he also repaired (at no additional cost - he did not raise his estimate, which I really appreciate).

Malcolm is a great guy, friendly and professional. I will not hesitate to call on him again. Highly recommended.

I found 2 pieces of roof shakes on the driveway the morning after the wind storm. I checked on the internet and found Malcolm of Stormrider. He put a little over 300 metal shims under the loose and split cedar shakes . He even put silicon around the chimney cover. I found him very professional and did great work. We are very happy of the result.

Found water seeping out from living room ceiling, sure there is a leak in the heavy rain in the night. Read the reviews and called Malcolm, he came right away and fixed the problem in the next few hours. He tried to analyze all the possibility and explained to us then addressed accordingly, he's confidence of of his work done. Great customer service! Now the problem is fixed! Highly recommend

Malcolm was awesome in his response to us. Originally I called him to repair a leak around our chimney area. He was prompt and came out the same day. He repaired it. Coincidentally a leak sprung around our skylight the next week. He replaced both skylights. Again he came out and explained the situation, he was fair in his pricing and honest. I would highly recommend him.

e sense that he would find it. He was prompt, helpful, spent time on my roof I I have a rental 3 unit townhouse and i had a leak that others were having problems finding the source. I was referred to Malcolm and instantly got the sense he would find it. He came out on a hellish rainy cold day. He came back as promised on the first nice day, and was very thorough to repair several possible spots that could have been the issue.

This is the Second time I've used Malcolm to repair a skylight issue on my home.

Water was pouring into a damaged--old skylight during a recent storm. When I contacted Malcolm he was there the next day and had the new skylight and flashing installed the same day.

Can't say enough good things about this guy, wish more contractors were cut from the same cloth.

With the heavy rains I had a leak in my kitchen on a weekend, reached out to Malcolm via homestars and in a matter of minutes he contacted me. He offered to come out right away. Instead, I had him come out on Monday and he got the issue fixed. Great customer service. Highly reccomend.
