Mr. Furnace

I had a new high efficiency furnace installed yesterday by Ryan and Mike. They were courteous and completed the installation in about 4 hours. They went over everything with me and made sure I understood how the new thermostat worked. We have a puppy and they were careful to ensure she didn’t get out. They didn’t mind the help they got from the cats either. They answered all my questions and left their work areas spotless. I highly recommend this company

I was very pleased with the service and quality of Mr. Furnace! After 33 years for our old furnace and air conditioner, it was time to “Call Mr. Furnace today!” We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. The representatives, Ryan and Mike were very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Randy is an exceptional person to do busy with and a very nice guy to talk to! had a new heating & a/c unit installed 3 yrs ago by Mr Furnace techs have yrly mtce plan spring a/c fall heating includes filter change very satisfied with work ethic and attitude of all techs that have been present at our residence have noticed a significant decrease in electricity and natural gas costs with my personal experience in mind would not hesitate to recommend Mr Furnace

We have been dealing with these people for over 5 years on servicing on our furnace, air, and fire place. It was only natural to get 3 quotations for replacements for 15 year old equipment. Mr furnace was very competitive. Their staff was very helpful and efficient starting with their salesperson Brian Norton; installers Ryan/Everet; duct cleaning MikeS/Everert. Anthony performed the annual central air inspection as part of our maintenance program. He was punctual, polite, very pleasant and very thorough. I was very pleased with the service provided. It was very easy to discuss any concerns I had and Anthony explained everything thoroughly.

Bought a furnace, had great service at FIRST>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>NOT NOW
First they went to the States with a call centre
Then they nixed that because it was beyond POOR
Still I cannot seem to get the service we used to get
Have Gold Plan maintenance and they always called us in spring and in fall for the check ups on the equipment............. now they just ignore you and when you call they make you wait a month...........VERY POOR SERVICE COMPARED TO HOW THEY USED TO BE
I will be finding another Heating AC contractor to service my equipment from now on

MR FURNACE YOU BLEW IT FOR GOOD THIS TIME!

Our previous furnace/ac purchased from Mr. Furnace provided 18 yrs. of service. Called Randy and together worked on finding the best suitable replacement. Took time to explain the product lines and also any available rebates. Technicians Tom and Everet were in charge of the installation. They were very good workers, organized and tidy. After the job was done they clearly explained the details of the product and thermostat as well as answering my questions. Good customer service in the past was the reason we went with Mr. Furnace.

Ryan and Jay where awesome they we here on time they explained everything they where doing. They went over everything with me and my husband when they where done they made sure everything was cleaned up inside and out

I was most impressed with the whole Mr. Furnace organization from Brian our initial contact that went through why we should consider doing everything through the install team of Ryan on the furnace, Tom on the water heater and Jay on the air conditioner with Everet providing back-up support.
They started early Monday morning and by the end of day all was installed and operational and the clean-up was outstanding. Except for the new equipment you would not know they had been here.
If you need any type of heating, A/C or water heating (tankless) these are the guys to deal with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Regular maintenance service on my air conditioner was done quick and efficient. Left the place clean. Technician was polite, clean and professional.
