On a recent hot evening night around 12am, as I went to the basement, I noticed water on the floor near my furnace. Looking further into it, I guessed that my AC (original) was likely the issue. I immediately sent a message to Sandeep about the issue and he instantly responded and got his on-call support person to look into it, I then received a call within 15mins later from the support person and he gave me some instruction to check around the AC unit above the furnace then instructed me to turn off the AC for now and to call Furnace King in the morning to schedule someone to come and look at the issue. In the morning, without me even calling, I received a call from Furnace King on the issue and scheduled someone to come to my house but there would be a fee. That same day, Brian came and I explained the issue, within 2 mins, he examined my AC and furnace and he went directly to the drain AC pipe and check for the drain connector and he showed me that it was ALL clogged and that was why the water couldn't get out and that the plate under the AC was getting filled up. He cleared it, re-connected the draining pipe, he recommended to let the fan on to dry the water from the plate first then turn on the AC. After I did that, the water was all dried up and the excess cooling AC water was now draining through the pipe. It's been almost a week and no water leaks!! To finish the experience, I asked Brian how much it will cost and he told me that there is no cost. I knew Brian came out of his way from another installation, well, if this is not what I called GREAT service, I don't know what will. Thank you Sandeep, Brian, and the support team at Furnace King!!
