We had a fantastic experience with Furnace King. We reached out after our 20-year old furnace died, and Sandip came the same day. We were able to agree to a very reasonable deal on a Trane furnace and heat pump. The furnace was installed the next day and heat pump the following week. Installation was clean and everything is running perfectly - thanks to the entire team!

Before approaching FunranceKing we approached other companies but, we could not get the best service or answers. And, some of them were not even ready to install.

First we would like to start with customer service representative from FurnaceKing. When we called the FurnaceKing to book an appointment for consultation, the representative was so attentive and approachable. She listened to all our requirements and noted down all our details and booked an appointment with Mr Sandip. During consultation session, Mr Sandip gave detailed explanation of the entire installation process, functional and technical details of furnace, different options available, checked the area near old furnace, took measurements, dimensions to make sure the new equipment fits well and important part -financial details (payment). This process played a crucial role in making our decision. Mr Sandip was patient and answered all our queries and concerns.
Once agreed we went ahead with installation. As discussed during consultation, on March 1st, 2024 Sharp 9:28 AM Bryan (Installation supervisor) his group of experts came over and started the installation process and finished the job on time. The technicians were not only professional and punctual but also maintained a clean work area. They efficiently removed the old equipments. Post installation one of the team member explained the functionality and care of the product.
The new product has exceeded my expectations. We would like to thank to Sandip, Bryan's team, all the employees and the FurnaceKing team for making this experience a truly pleasant and hasslefree process. We would highly recommend Furnace King.

We had a very bad first experience with a previous company that delayed the installation of the heat pump and then changed the price of the quote but with Furnace King, it was completely different everyone was extremely nice and professional. Sandip and Bryan were very attentive to make sure that the heat pump did not ruin the aesthetic of the house. Very happy with their service, I would highly recommend Furnace King.

The install of new heat pump was carried out professionally, and efficiently,. The workers were courteous and dud a good job of cleaning up.
