Hello Sandip, It was a good decision to have you guys for our new furnace and AC. We are very satisfied with not only the products but also the service we received. Thanks to you and Mike, now we understand little better about HAVAC system.

Good evening Sandip, I wanted to thank you for the great service you provided us when we purchased our air conditioner from Furnace King. You took the time to explain what makes Trane air conditioners better than the competition as well as advising us on what best suited our needs. When it came to the install your crew did a great job. They ran the refrigerant lines in the perfect spot and fully explained the system before and after the install. I was really impressed that they placed protective runners on our stairs even though it was just our basement stairs. We could not have been happier with the whole experience. 10/10.

Brian helped us this morning with our water heater which hadn't been maintained since installation. He was extremely helpful, prompt and kind. Excellent service; very affordable. We will use Furnace King for everything now (furnace, fireplace, water heater, air conditioner). Would highly recommend.

The installation was very well done and your team was excellent. We're very happy with the installation and the furnace so far - we've found it very different than our old clunker. Now we just need to get some heat to test out the Air Conditioner! Thanks again for sharing your knowledge and expertise with us - we're sure we've made the right decision.

Thanks for your kind email, we are very happy that we made the decision to buy Furnace, A/C and humidifier from you, from start to present time, we appreciate the service, you explained very well about the choices and options, we picked the one we were happy with, best part is you are reachable and respond quickly. Brian was here today in the morning, he explained very well as to what to do in cold weather. We also like that you have 24 hrs. answering service and inform the tech. for immediate help. We are happy with warranty , for next 10 years we don't have to worry. We feel it was good that we went to home depot picked up flyer of Furnace king and bought from reputed company.

My A/C and furnace were acting up and past the age of thinking of repairing them, so I did some research and found a few companies to get quotes from. Sandip from Furnace King was very polite and friendly and he took the time to explain in detail how the furnaces and A/C work and the different options available to me and estimated my possible energy savings with making the switch. When I agreed to proceed, Sandip was quick to make it happen. Within a week it has all been done and I am very happy with the service and support provided. Mike and John the installers were on time, friendly, tidy and efficient. Mike also took the time to explain everything that had been done. I am looking forward to the summer to try out the A/C. Sandip also followed up with me after each visit from his installers to ensure I was happy with everything which is a great service to ensure there were no issues and I was happy and comfortable with everything.

I met with Sandip of Furnace King in October 2014 when my furnace had been “red flagged” by Direct Energy. He was extremely professional and spent time discussing the mechanics of the furnace and what I needed prior trying to sell me anything. In addition to his positive attitude, I was impressed by the warranties that Furnace King offered which far exceeded other companies and that they sold Trane (which I based on research is viewed as superior product to its competitors). I got quotes from other companies but my experience with Sandip stood out from all the other ‘sales pitches” I received. Being a picky consumer I spent time going back and forth on some details with him and every time he was quick to respond and worked towards making me happy. Once I decided to go with Furnace King, the service did not stop. He came to my house again to write specific instructions for the installers and then after the install followed up to make sure everything went according to the plan. This service stood out. Months after the sale he has continued to be responsive to a few questions I have. His service exceeded my expectation. I would not hesitate to recommend Sandip and Furnace King for your next furnace purchase.

I am writing to you to let you know that we are very pleased with our recent purchase of the Trane XV95 furnace installed by Furnace King (installed Sep 30). The air quality and the temperature consistency throughout the house is much improved and the furnace has performed as you promised. Your team (Mike and his assistant) did an excellent job of removing the old furnace and installing the new one. Sandip, you did a great job of explaining exactly what we were buying and the differences between each type of furnace. Purchasing a new furnace is a big investment and you took the time to explain the product differences and why Furnace King was a great company to do business with. I am impressed with the service and quality Furnace King has delivered to me and remain confident that I made the right purchase decision.

From the first informational appointment on furnace, air conditioning and tankless hot water heater options for our 1891 free-standing Victorian brick house on October 28, 2014 through the first and second work days October 30, 2014 and Monday November 3, 2014 all the employees of Furnance King were professional, courteous, well-informed, pleasant, neat, punctual and VERY GOOD AT THEIR JOBS! We are very pleased with the results in every way, and look forward to lower gas and electrical bills.
