Our existing Trane furnace and A/C had reached end of life, after years without any issues. Of course this would happen during a heat wave. After reviewing multiple quotes, Furnace King not only provided a highly competitive bid but they also packed it with plenty of worry-saving warranties. When I was getting the quote, I was fully educated by the excellent representative on what I needed to know about what system I would be getting. The install took about 6 hours including cleanup. The two installers were exceedingly professional and took extra care to not dirty or damage my home. They installed the equipment and made modifications as necessary that I would have wanted, without needing to ask me. Finally, they carefully went over and explained everything to my satisfaction. I really feel like I have a partner with Furnace King and, though I have support and warranties with them, I suspect that I will be rarely calling them as the install went flawlessly. I am now enjoying my new system, both heating and cooling, during these crazy Spring temperature fluctuations!

I finally replaced my 30 year old AC with a new efficient one. After 3 competitive quotes, I decided to go with Furnace King thanks to Sandip. The whole process of initiating a call to set up an appointment with Sandip, that accommodated my wife's work schedule, to installing the furnace, Tankless water heater and A/C was seamless. Sandip is quite knowledgeable and his advice on the Tankless water heater made a lot of sense with the rebates. Sandip's selection of furnace and A/C models regarding the size of the house was good as I had already done my homework and knew what I wanted.

Mike and Jonny were quite friendly, and did an exceptional job in installing the Furnace, Air humidifier, the Tankless Water Heater and A/C in 2 days and kept the place clean. All the old furnace and A/C were removed as promised. The Furnace and the Tankless Water tank are sooo quiet. Waiting to test the A/C during the summer months. Mike certainly answered all my questions and give me advice on how to maintain my filters as well.

I'm really happy with the whole process of purchase and installation with friendly and professional approach from the team members. Meeting with rep was very informative and helpful.
The installation crew was quick, clean and professional. They had time to answer all my questions about the new system and also they were open to suggestion about locations for the units. All the installed elements are nicely tucked-in in small area that give me
extra room and easy access for maintenance in my small basement.
Great people to work with and always on time.
The furnace and tank-less water heater are working as promised.

I'm looking forward to test my new cooling unit in summer.

The new furnace is working so much better than expected, extremely quiet and the whole house stays at much more even temperature. Mike and John did a great job with the install and rearranging the duct work. Very pleased with the whole job, can’t what to try out the air conditioner this summer.

Thank you for a very pleasurable purchase experience for our new furnace and tankless water heater system.

As you know we were concerned about our aging furnace. We found you very informative and honest. We feel you found the right furnace for our needs and even discouraged us from choosing something more expensive that we did not require.

The installation was impressive. Mike spent a lot of time educating us on the product and answering our questions. The installers used runners throughout the house. They left the house clean and no one would have known we had a furnace and water heater replaced. It was seamless and painless.

Thank you for following up to make sure we were happy with the products and service. As you promised, the furnace is very quiet and brings the house up to temperature more efficiently. We are impressed with the operation of the tankless water heater and are looking forward to the energy savings.
