We had a large tree that was partly damaged in our back yard. There was risk of branches falling and damaging both ours and our neighbors properties. Advanced Tree Care came in and did a great job clearing the damaged parts of the tree and raising the canopy of the tree. They even removed a number of overgrowth bushes and shrubs in the yard as part of the work.

We wanted the work on the large tree's in our yard to be done by a certified, acredited arborist. Many tree services were available, Advanced Tree Care came out right away and gave us a very detailed and professional looking quote that was competitive with other's. They answered all our questions and were out within a week to do the job. Kevin Mengers (Owner) came out personally to check the job twice, during and after it was done. He wanted to ensure his team did a good job and that we we're happy with the work before we paid him. I recommend Advanced Tree Care, our 1st choice for next time.

demonstrated confidence and professionalosm from the very beginning. They gave us a detailed job description and followed it to the letter. They spent time with us to give us proper recommendations on other outdoor/tree care questions we had. Friendly and polite. Only draw back if any is hard to get on the phone, but, this is insignificant as they are well equipped to spontaniously reply to you over email. They have a laptop in vehicle to send and receive messages. I will surely recommend them for any tree cutting, tree care job. Very good business ethics. It is money well spent.
