Kevin (owner) cares very much about customers and ensures quality of work is delivered. Ryan (Arborist Supervisor) and his crew have done a great professional job pruning my tree (a fair size silver maple) to my satisfaction, and in fact in some area exceeding my expectations. Melissa is always great in communications and coordination. Overall I am very happy with the work they have done for me, and I will do business with them again.

Kevin did the job for much cheaper than any other service ($895 when other quotes averaged $1600). They ground the stumps to the ground and level off the area. They returned calls promptly and followed our instructions to a T even though we were not home when the work was being done. I highly recommend them.

This company removed my unwell tree and after much consultation with their arborist, planted a replacement tree last year (2014). Unfortunately the replacement tree was not of the quality expected, however, the arborist recommended allowing the tree to overwinter and establish. In the spring the tree was clearly unbalanced. I called Melissa who put me in touch with Kevin. Kevin's commitment to customer service and making his customer happy was outstanding. He worked with me to select another appropriate tree and replaced the 2014 tree with a more fully branched tree. Kevin- you turned an unhappy experience into a successful outcome. I realize you're super busy and very much appreciated all your communication and willingness to meet my needs! Melissa- you were great. Well done!

I have hired Kevin and his team several times in the past 5 years. All their communication is courteous and professional. The quote from lastsummer was honoured when I finally got around to confirming the scope of the job this year. Their commitment to a job well done is obvious from the first climb up the tree to the last piece of debris hauled away to the wood chipper. The crew has done tree pruning, canopy thinning, tree removal and stump grinding. Even my neighbours have remarked on how polite the guys are when they ask permission to climb their trees in order to clear away branches overhanging our fence or roof and eaves.Thanks to the crew from last week: Ryan, Mitch & Mac! They worked well together and left a clean yard. I have recommended Advanced Tree Care to others and will continue to! This is a great little company and it's a pleasure to support them as they raise the bar for the rest of the industry to emulate.

Contacted Advanced Tree Care after receiving frustrating service from another larger pruning company. Received initial quote within 24hr asked for some changes to the quote updated quote within 48 hr work scheduled within two week period. Process was timely, friendly and professional. Arborist's came to complete pruning while I was out for the most part came home to great looking trees and a clean backyard. Head arborist explained the process he had taken and what had been completed on the trees. Again helpful, friendly and professional. Will definitely be using them again.

The people in this small company do excellent work, and really care about what they do and how they take care of their customers. The original estimate was done a year ago, but they did not increase the price. Also, they executed the job to my specifications for the same price, even though it was more work than had been originally estimated. Kevin was exceptionally accommodating about that. To me, that is outstanding customer service in action, and many other companies could take a lesson from it. I would recommend this company without hesitation. They did a great job, they were on time, and left the parking spot under the tree in way cleaner shape than they found it - another example of putting customer care into practice. Melissa in the office is excellent at organizing and communicating, and is a very pleasant person to deal with. All in all, a highly satisfactory experience. By the way, the tree is a massive Ash that is susceptible to the Emerald Ash Borer, so step one was a big pruning job and step two will be Advanced coming back to inject a newer more effective pesticide, which costs less than the previous version - so if you have the same problem, call Advanced to make sure you get the latest treatment.

Advanced Tree Care did an outstanding job at our home. We had lots of maintenance issues with our trees, cedars, and vines. We asked them to come and give us help. A rep arrived in a few days to assess our yard, made several recommendations, and scheduled the work to take place. The teams arrived and completed our job with fantastic results!

All in all, we were extremely happy with Advanced Tree Care and will be calling them again

Advanced Tree Care was very professional and punctual. After assessing what we were requesting to have done a quote came within the day. When Mike came out to our location and saw what had to be done, our main concern was our Green Ash tree, which he confirmed needed to be treated due to it being infested with the Emerald Ash Borer. He was quite honest and mentioned that the treatment may or may not work, we were aware of the risk but still proceeded as we do not want to loose the tree. He also did a fantastic pruning job on all our trees and didn`t leave any mess behind. I`d also like to thank Melissa from Advanced Tree Care, she was very professional, when I needed some information and called her she was available and answered my questions promptly. What an AMAZING team. Right from the adorable young man that came to quote my poor tree, to the incredibly talented team that came to take it down. The level of service far exceeded what we had become accustomed to with our old Arborists. Well done gentlemen.

Kevin arrived on time to provide a quote, explained what would be done, and provided an approximate date on which the work would be completed. Melissa arranged the actual booking, and followed up several times as the date approached. The crew arrived as scheduled, were pleasant, efficient and neat, and obviously enjoyed their work and each other's company. A perfect experience all round.
