Dormaster

I got the motor replaced in my garage door opener, but the technician they sent also saw a problem in how the opener was installed and he told me it was unsafe. He fixed it and charged me a reasonable fee for fixing the original issue and the one that he found. I liked the work ethic, and the price, so I would recommend these guys.

Extremely dissatisfied with the pricing offered. It was a rip off, as the technician claimed many things were not working. Cost of parts were very exhorbitant and had no choice but to pay. Very poor service and simply not willing to negotiate. Cannot understand as to why the charge would be $35 to lubricate the roller. Will never recommend to anyone.

I got a brand new garage door installed by Sam and some of the other technicians at Dormaster because my old one was in bad shape and I was thinking of getting the work done on it for a while. The whole thing went down without a hitch, because I got a good price that included the price of the garage door plus labour. The team that was sent to my house was really good and they finished everything up quicker than expected. Overall, these guys did a good job for me.

The motor in my garage door opener was slow and it was jamming more often than before. I just needed someone to come in and do a quick service or repair on short notice since I wasn't interested in buying and installing a new garage door opener. I got a hold of Dormaster online and called them up. i was surprised at how quickly they sent their technician over. The person they sent over was AJ, and he serviced the motor and charged me a reasonable price. It was done fast and the motor is good now, so I recommend these guys for sure.

I had a garage door opener that I had bought on sale unopened and unused. Since I don't know how to install any of it, I knew I needed to call a garage technician. I called Dormaster and they seemed like they knew what they were talking about. The technician who came, Jenko, was good because he worked faster than I expected and the price was good too. Jenko got me set up and now the opener works like a charm.

One of the top panels of my garage door was broken and it was causing snow and other trash to enter my garage making it messy. I called up Dormaster because I remembered that my cousin had hired them in the past to get work done. I phoned them and spoke with Ommi, who was very polite. They sent some technicians over to my house and they got to work quickly. Alex and his team were good because they gave me a good quote and finished the job on time. Good work Dormaster, keep it up!

Since moving in to my house, my garage door was getting damaged and worn out. Plus the fact that my tenant accidently backed up his car into it made it much more worse. Since I had gotten my door opener installed from them before, I called Dormaster up again to fully replace the entire garage door with a new one. These guys came in and got to work really quickly, and now the new garage door has no issues at all. The quote they gave me was quite reasonable too!

My garage door opener's motor wasn't working properly for a while, and I had stopped using my garage because I couldn't get the thing to open at all. I tried contacting the manufacturer and they said they would not be able to cover it since it was no longer in circulation. Then I decided to call dormaster since I had worked with them before. AJ and his crew came over and checked everything, and told me they could fix it. They repaired it quickly and got the opener to work like new. Good job AJ, and I will definitely work with you guys again if needed!
