We called around to try to find someone who could install a whole house humidifier to our furnace in a very confined space. Many told us it could not be done and either rejected the job or suggested a portable or drum style humidifier as a last resort. Max was able to tell from pictures I sent him that he could do the job by re-configuring the vent pipes on the furnace to allow more space to install the humidifier. He came within a few days and got the job done in 2 hrs. Now our home is adequately humidified and we don't have to worry about our wood floors and trims cracking. Thanks for the great job Max!

I own a Goodman home gas furnace model GKS9070, which was installed at my home in 2008. So I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that it stopped working (after 6 years of perfect service). The early sign of the draft inducer motor problem was noticed by my wife, when she pointed out the furnace noise that carried through the ducts. When I looked at the furnace, sure enough the motor bearings were making a loud squeaky sound, and soon after the motor stopped completely (and the furnace stopped working). I found Aire Max on the internet as a Goodman heating and cooling service company, so I called them March 13 late evening, the service technician came by that same evening at 7:30 pm. He took out the motor, gave me a good estimate of the repair cost, and promised to be back to repair the furnace the next day (Friday March 14 th). He was very honest, said he didn’t have the part on hand, but would get it fast enough. True to his word, I got a call the next day, Friday morning at 11 am. Half hour later, he was at my house with a replacement part. And by 12 noon, half hour later, the furnace was fixed. Price was within my expectation, as we discussed. This company is very professional, the service technician was easy to talk with, and they got the job done.

Furnace went down in the middle of the night when it was -25 outside. Service man was here within a couple of hours. Very helpful and addressed the problem right away.

Max was quick to response to our call: call on Sat. and he came on Sun. Supposed to be a maintenance job but turn out Max found out a problem that an A/C installation created, causing the furnace to turn off itself prematurely. He was dedicated to solving the problem and didn't leave until he was sure the problem didn't resurface. He followed up with a call to make sure the furnace is running properly before leaving our town.

This is easily a 10 for Max. Will be needing him in future projects.

Max fixed our existing fireplace when other companies recommended an expensive replacement. He came to our home the same day we contacted him. We were very happy with the results and would recommend his services.

Furnace was making a loud noise, I called max to check it out. He was here within an hour and replaced the vent motor. Good service and all done in the same day.

My boiler gave out for the 3rd time since December. I was fed up .and was in a state of emergency with the house at about 8 degrees and getting colder fast. I called Max ( on Family Day) and he showed up on time and got the furnace going. He returned on time the next day (after hours as I could not leave work) and repaired my boiler. He found things the first two didn't even notice! Very knowledgeable, professional service at a fair price. Highly recommend. I hope this repair lasts. I will keep you posted.

My furnace stopped working on Feb 16 at 10pm. I started calling around and left messages for several companies. Max from Aire Max answered his phone at 11 pm and agreed to come early the next day. He asked if I had alternative heat for the night which I did. Max arrived on time, on the Family Day holiday and did the repair quickly and charged a very fair price - especially as it was a holiday. I definitely recommend the company.
