Fedor was excellent to deal with - a real pro. I left a voice message and he called back the very next day, and came to check out the site a day later. He suggested he could do the work within the next week, which I just assumed was an empty promise to land the job. I was wrong about that - he showed up exactly when he said he would. What I learned about Fedor is that he keeps his promises and shows up when he says he will. What a refreshing change from most contractors! He had finished the work before any competitors ever called back. He and his crew did a very neat job and were very skilled, efficient and polite.
