RainSoft Of Ottawa Eternally Pure Water Systems

We had a very old water softener that came with the house when we bought it...the old softener decided to kick the dust ata 4 am in the morning water everywhere. We called and saw a number of water softener companies and decided to go with Rainsoft Eternally Pure Water Softeners. The owner was very accomodating, proffesional and knew his stuff...the price was right. Dealing with a smaller company we are not just a number. We have had our water softener for about 2 months now adn we love it. It's very quiet. Mr Burrell the owner as called to find out how everything is whih I thought was great to follow. We had a reverse osmosis system installed a year ago and are very happy with the product.The service was excellent.

Just wanted to thank Martin for his service. When we purchased this system 3 years ago we were told it had a lifetime warranty. The system broke on us last Friday and Maritn ordered everything he needed and it has all been replaced at no charge to us.It is nice to seee a company follow through on their word.

We've had a water filtration system (UV light, water filtration and water conditioner) for about 7 years now and love it. The year after we had a reverse osmosis system installed because are fish were dying in our aquarium. We've always had great service from Martin and his installation crew; they are very courteous and friendly. They also give you a reminder call each year to remind you when its time to change your filters and UV light which shows that they care about you and your health. I would recomend them to anyone!

I picked up my filters two days ago. The crew is very polite and helpful. The water tastes great, as usual. Do not hesitate in dealing with this company at all.

I've had my system for 2 years and recently got one for my parents. Water tastes great & service has been fantastic - no more lugging cases or jugs of water - they even come every year and install replacement filters!

We have been very satisfied with the level of service provided by Rainsoft of Ottawa (both pre- and after-sale), as well as by the quality of out water purification system. Our water naturally has a lot of sulphur and iron minerals, and the system installed by Rainsoft manages to remove these to the point where we don't taste them at all! We are definitely very happy with our decision to have gone with Rainsoft for this.

Very happy with Martin's explanation of equipment and water sample results. He showed up when he said he would and his explanation was clear and concise. I would also like to add that Dave, the installer, was fantastic as well (and Jacob). Going into the installation I was very concerned about the removal of our old system as it was a Potassium unit. Dave and his son were very respectful of our home and removed the equipment without even a drop of water hitting the floor (even though they had to go a long distance to get the equipment to the garage!). Very satisfied with the service and more important, the performance of the treatment systems. Martin took the time to explain the results from his water quality analysis and treatment processes that could resolve issues that were raised. He understood client requirements and delivered on what was needed. Dave, who installed the water treatment system was very accomodating and knowledgeable of treatment systems as well. The RO, Sulphur and Iron removal systems are effective.

It's been more than 6 months since having our Rainsoft water treatment system installed. Our experience with Rainsoft of Ottawa has been excellent.

This being our first new house outside of the city, we were a bit apprehensive about living with well water. To that end, we contacted about 8 companies to come and discuss what they could offer us. I suppose contacting 8 different companies was more than necessary but at least we got to see across the whole spectrum of water treatment companies in Ottawa. Out of that initial assault of water tests and sales pitches we narrowed our choices down to two companies. Rainsoft of Ottawa was one of those two. That's when we started barraging Martin with all sorts of questions. His knowledge and honesty about his product and the business of providing clean water definitely came through. In the end, Martin's expertise and his solid offer (good equipment and a lifetime warranty for a fair price) won us over. The installation of the system was quick and efficient thanks to Dave's efforts. On a side note, the system actually looks good. While looking good isn't the main point, it does inspire some confidence in that the company took the time to design their product well.

With all that said, the true test of a company is not when things go perfectly and there are no problems. Months later we ran into an issue with the controller for our water softener. A phone call later we were speaking with Dave who walked us through some troubleshooting. We couldn't solve the issue over the phone but the next day the unit was fixed by Dave and everything was back to normal. It's nice when a warranty ends up being more than just words on paper.
