Hamilton contractor on maintenance call claimed to find cracks in furnace heat exchange. Disabled furnace before a snow storm. Proceeded to make a sales pitch for overpriced equipment in which he claimed that a new furnace would require us to replace the water tank. When we replaced equipment (through another company), took apart furnace, no fault was found.
