Double Diamond Duct Cleaning

We made an appointment with Double Diamond Duct Cleaning after finding them on Home Stars, reading their positive reviews and seeing their professional website.
I called Mike to make the appointment and had to rebook a few times because of the current situation with the Corona virus. He was very understanding. When we felt comfortable to go ahead with the appointment and also because it was very necessary, he assured me his team is taking all the precautions, by wearing gloves and masks and removing shoes when coming inside.
This made me feel very comfortable and safe.
On the day of our appointment, the team arrived shortly before the scheduled time so they could set up and start right on time.
The whole process took just over an hour and they talked to us explaining what was happening the whole time. We were also shown before and after pictures of the vents, which I appreciated.
I didn't know what to expect in this process but Mike and Jason made my husband and I feel at ease with their professionalism and efficient work and I couldn't be happier with the results.
As soon as the cleaning was over you could feel a big difference in the house and we were both really happy. Thank you Mike and Jason.
