All of the reviews are accurate! Joe was exceptional to deal with - professional, reliable, hard working. He came to give a quote as soon as possible and completed the work soon thereafter. He was very conscientious (wanted to make sure we were pleased with his work) and the quality of his work was excellent. He really went the extra mile.

Tenant was freaking out, SNAP Pest Control came pretty quickly and saved the day. Had hired another company to remove the animals, but they neglected to remove the babies who were in the rafters. They were very ethical and friendly and treated the animals with respect.

...and they marched out again. Joe Bruno was exactly what I wanted: thoughtful, sensitive to our needs, unwilling to use any more chemical than necessary (we have a dog and a cat not to mention our own health).

Our first appointment was on a rainy chilly day. When he arrived the ants were quiet, so he rebooked for a warmer day so that he could observe them directly. I really appreciated the level to which he used his intelligence instead of just spraying chemicals everywhere.

I manage a multi-residential building. It is important that I provide a home for my tenants where they are happy. An integral part of that is to keep the building vermin free. To do so, you must hire a professional that is dependable and know what they are doing. I called Snap Pest control for a report of a rat in the basement. Joe and Frank came to the call and they were very professional. They were like detectives with their flashlights. They located a hole underneath the radiator board that the rat had entered in from the outdoors. They also found other potential points of entries around the building. They installed a baited rat trap outside and some traps indoors. The rats have never returned since then, and Joe comes back every couple of months afterwards to see if the traps are empty and maintained.

I also had a few cases of isolated bedbug incidences. Any report I get, I call Joe immediately. Each time, he was very accommodating and very professional with the tenants as well. He worked for a couple of hours inspecting, taking the bed apart, steaming, vacuuming, dusting, spraying and so forth. The tenants were also very comfortable with Joe, and he does a lot of work for them. Joe will get the job done even if it means staying late. Although none of the cases were severe, all cases of bedbugs were resolved with 1 treatment with Snap Pest Control.

Joe is my go-to pest control person. I have used other companies in the past. Not all companies are equal. I have had companies that offer a guarantee, but they will have to come back again and again because their method does not work, or they simply don’t know what they are doing. That frustrates tenants, and me, because I pay someone and the job isn't done. I need someone that is dependable, accommodating, knows what they are doing, works well with tenants, and most of all – solves the issue FAST.

We had heard noises in the night and in the morning found that the roof was torn up and a hole had been made into the attic. Joe from S.N.A.P. came at the time he said he would and began his inspection of our attics. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He secured the attics and repaired the hole. He followed up with a call the next day to see if the animal had returned. I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

Even though I was willing to wait, Joe and I set up an appointment for him to come check out our situation almost immediately (free of charge).
He was great right from the get-go. He was approachable, listened to my concerns, and knew right away that we had some rat visitors in the crawl space beneath our living room. We had thought that it was raccoons, but he was sure it was rats given his knowledge. After spending plenty of time with him reviewing our options, on the spot we set a date for a few days later for him to come back to complete the work (he was just that great!).
Joe and his helper, Arthur (who was also a sweetheart) arrived right when they said they would and went to work digging deep trenches by the crawlspace, so that the rats (and every other pest!) couldn't get in. They installed mesh and gravel and filled it all up. While they were at it, they found a bunch of junk in the crawl space from the previous owners of our house and they took a bunch of it out for us, too. In his work, Joe found that one of the support beams of the addition on our house had actually been eaten away by carpenter ants!! He could pull it down bit by bit with his bare hands!! Joe showed me and then proceeded to put a new piece of wood in where the old stuff fallen apart and made sure that it was solid. This was one of MANY extras that Joe did. He and Arthur were at our house from 9am until 7:30pm and didn't even take a break!! I tried to make Joe stop to eat pizza at lunchtime and he insisted on working right through.
Joe is a great guy with an amazing work ethic and he will be our first call for anything pest related from now on. I also told him that he'd better be careful... he's so good I'm going to tell everyone I know... he might be terribly busy from now on...!

Accidently found a hole on my roof, panic!!! Pick up the phone called Snap Pest Control, Joe showed up at my door within 10 minutes. Surperised!!! Start from there, he professinoally handled the problem, very well done!

Joe from Snap came out on a Saturday morning right away after discovery of a raccoon. Joe took care of the raccoon and was completely respectful of my home. I wouldn't call anyone else if there are ever issues again. Joe went the extra mile too, and did a full sweep of the house for mice and made sure all was good. thanks JOE!

We had been hearing scratching noises in our main floor ceiling for a couple of weeks. We called in one company, and the person they sent was not very attentive, didn't listen to us very well, and ultimately recommended treating the entire house. I called Joe, and he thoroughly went over the house, answered all of my questions, and established that we did NOT in fact have a full house infestation. We treated the one problem area, and saved money doing so.
