For Saving installed my new Carrier AC & coil on July 05, 2020, the job #863487. what happened on July 05 between 9-10 am, when Farid & his assistant arrived and parked the truck on my driveway to deliver the 2 boxes of equipment. I was very surprised to find out that they are Lennox not Carrier. The installation was delayed until they got the Carrier AC & coil delivered...Right after the job was done, the installer Farid gave me the AC model & serial # but not for the coil, and he signed on the invoice as paid by cheque.. then I gave him a cheque no. 62 for the amount of 3390. Before he left he dropped the AC cover on my front door and left in a hurry. Later I found out it is a Lennox AC cover, the wrong one, the size is too small for my Carrier unit.. on July 14, and 15, For Saving called to inform me that I have not paid for the install service. I was very surprised that the cheque has already been cashed by the recipient, the For Saving on July 09, 2020. I told them to reverify on their end. I have the image of the cheque as a proof of payment also transaction record from the bank...calls were ignored, I have called this company many times request to replace the AC cover and the coil model & serial #, and a copy of warranty certificate, some times by e-mail with no reply. AC cover exchanged very recently after I gave up calling them. THIS COMPANY IS NOT HONEST, NOT RELIABLE.
Base on the following reasons, I would like to edit my review : * Warranty certificate received * AC cover already replaced * payment problem resolved * New AC working fine, most important * offer free first year AC maintenance.
