Deluxe Alarms

Deluxe Alarms was very accomodating to us. We had an issue with our front door which had to be replaced and the alarm sensor had to be cut in the process. Deluxe alarms came back and re-installed a new sensor within 24 hours and they did it at no cost to us. We are extremely happy with the immediate response to our service request.

We recieived a call from our contractor that the new door was ready to be installed the next day. The only problem was we forgot to notify our alarm compant. I called and Melinda Luckasavitch in Customer Service promptly scheduled a technician to come to our home to install a "contact"
on our new door for the very next day.

I had an excellent experience dealing with deluxe alarms, the staff were friendly and extremely accommodating and patiently explained their products and services to us until we were ready to make an informed decision. We did not feel pressured at all at any point during our interaction with Angela. We researched the other deals out there and Deluxe Alarms has the best deal out there and its a Canadian company. Definitely recommend their service to anyone.
