Great customer service and very friendly staff who are great to talk to. When the employees arrived to install the washing and dryer machine they were very professional and installed it very quickly. (order #256550)

The technician Mike was very courteous and efficient. Excellent. However, I had a less than stellar experience overall. After the first visit, it was never made clear to me that I had to call in to pre pay for parts. This was not told to me, but it was in the fine print on the emailed estimate of work. After not hearing anything for about three weeks, I called in and was told to prepay, after which there was a further wait for parts. In the end the repair took much longer than expected. Also, it is very unpleasant to have to wade through the long phone queue (which I had to do several times), and there was also an issue with the call back feature calling the wrong number.

Strongly recommend Elite Appliance for appliance repair at home. So much professional and customer oriented from the beginning to the finish. It was a pleasant experience. On time and customer caring mind are really great with my order reference # 258242.

I bought my new fridge from home depot, i have a problem with the freezer part and tried to contact with Samsung. Samsung send elite appliances to fix the job.The technician was nice and polite he diagnose the problem correctly and order the part he replaced the part after few days and problem was fixed.
Second day we notice that no light bulbs working for the lower part of the fridge as during replacement or fixing the seals the bulb switch seems damaged or stuck.
I tried to contact with Elite they told me to go again through Samsung and generate another work order for service for me its surprising and bit frustrating as i have to go through a long process again what i understand
Elite appliances send you a text message and expect you to accept it without any choice and if you are not able to make it you are again in Que. I tried to contact the call center the response was not very good rather then facilitating the clients the lady told me we have no other options or i should wait longer
Its bit frustrating g for me and I regret on my choice for buying Samsung if they cannot manage after sales.
