Elite Appliance Service – Toronto

My microwave would not cook items. The technician felt he knew what the problem was and fixed it quickly. I found the technician to be very professional and he answered my questions politely and suscinctly.
I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone requiring an appliance repair.

Even though the wrong part was ordered initially, we had a very positive experience because of our excellent repair person. Mike was quick, competent and kind. He was very respectful towards us and our home We're glad that our fridge has been repaired!

My dryer broke down under warrenty. Everything from the appointment to the end of service was flawless. They even give updates via text! I would recommend to family and friends. Technicians were professional and friendly. I am totally satisfied. 10 out of 10!

My Electrolux induction cook top lost one element. My microwave in my dual units oven combo stopped working. The service technicians came and diagnosed the two units problems on work order 265757. He had to order parts. When the parts came in he arrived at the arranged appointment time. On time. He was polite and courteous and very knowledgeable. The oven and microwave unit was big , heart and bulky. He brought a proper cart to take the unit out of the cabinet. What a job. I had someone come another time and they didn't have the tools. He did the job perfectly. I would highly recommend this firm.

Both techs were great. Arrived on time and were very efficient. Ive dealt with Elite Appliances in the past and each time the service is fantastic from the customer service rep right to the technicians.

Called Elite when I had an issue with our new Frigidaire range (under warranty). I can't say enough positive things about the team. The customer service rep was extremely helpful, walked me through everything I'd need to be covered under the warranty, and scheduled an appointment for me ASAP. The tech (Andy) showed up on time, was very polite and stayed until he got me an answer to the problem. Would definitely recommend and/or use them again should another issue come up.
