I had an elite technician come out to fix a botched job another company had done as a recall service on my washer. The technician was a great guy! Very well spoken and curtious, you could tell he really wanted to help us out. He managed to help us find a fix. Would highly recommend this company to family and friends! Work order: 4141241413

I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Elite Appliance. Jennifer was very helpful and understanding . it is very rare nowadays to have such a good customer service. I will definitively contact them again if I need another appliance repaired.

The technician visited our home yesterday to fix the spray arm of my bosch dishwasher. He was very efficient, punctual, and knowledgeable. Additionally, the follows up from Elite Appliances were very good. My work order # is 287534.

Elite has to improve with Total Guard how they coordinate the schedule of service calls and simplify it. When your machine is on extended guarantee is a journey to schedule a visit.

Work Order number 287284. Elite Appliance gave us a 3 hour window when to expect the repair technician. He called an hour before expected arrival time to ask for permission to arrive early. Upon his arrival he diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately replacing a thermostat in our drier.
Upon completion of the repair he took the time to explain exactly what he did and also to explain some features of our drier.

We were very pleased with the level of service and will not hesitate to use Elite Appliance for our repairs in the future.

The technician from the company was polite and skillful. He fixed the dryer in a manner of confidence even though he checked online looking for troubleshooting in the beginning . He left info so I can deal with the administration with his company . Highly recommend . I did not pay as it was in warranty.

Work number 281950, I had Service technician Rex from Elite Appliances come in on a repair call for my Samsung dishwasher I purchased 4 months ago. Had a error message "LC" leakage I called Samsung and they dispatched Elite Appliances and Rex came out spend 1 hour going over diagnostics and explain the error was due water moisture. Recommended how to avoid the error and resolution if occurs again. Helped show error on a washer that was done a different company for Samsung and gave excellent advice although not his work order. Very proactive and customer friendly.
