Elite Appliance Service – Toronto

I have a GE Profile side by side fridge freezer. The fridge is icing up at the coils behind the fresh food draw. Elite sent a tech who spent much of the time on his phone getting instructions from his colleagues. He eventually diagnosed a faulty Thermistor. He returned to instal a new one. It didn't work. Made no difference at all to the issue at hand. A different service guy then came and diagnosed the main control board needed to be replaced at a cost of just shy of 500 bucks. I called Elite to understand if they Would stand behind their diagnosis and repair this time - I explained I wasn't keen to pay twice for the same issue and still have no resolution. They don't. If they don't fix the issue there is no refund. Essentially you get a 'free' visit from another service person who re-diagnoses the issue and then charges you yet again to come back and attempt to fix it! Given Elite's stance on this I bought a main control board and changed it myself (saving 220 bucks in the process and taking me less than 10 minutes being easier to do than taking on Lego with the kids). It didn't solve the issue either, but at least I saved 220 bucks.

My oven glass shattered and after I called the manufacturer, they recommended Elite Appliance Service. They contacted me promptly, explained that they would contact me when the new part came in and make an appointment to have the technician install the new glass. They were very professional and efficient and got the work done as quickly as possible. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Our freezer was leaking and the ice buildup was getting bigger and bigger . We called the company's warranty for service and they
Referred us to the elite appliance service team . The technician​ came to the house and figured out the problem within 10 minutes . Ordered the part , although the part took long to come in but as soon as they got it we got a call and were given a service date. The texts updates made it very easy for us to manage our schedule around the repair. Technician was on time and very help . The entire experience was very pleased. We are glad we went with elite appliance service .

I bought a Samsung stackable washer/dryer and the washer started to make a grinding noise after 2 washes. Called Samsung and they sent Elite service to come and fix it. They text me with a time window for the day of the repair and actually came at that time. The problem was fixed within the hour. I found the technicians very knowledgeable and the follow up service was impressive.

I had my Samsung Gas Oven repaired by Elite today. The gentleman showed up on time. He replaced the oven floor and offered advice on how the oven floor may have gotten damaged and tips on how to prevent it from happening again. He also showed me how to correctly turn on the burners. I am new to gas and I was doing it wrong. I was satisfied with the service. It was under warranty.

I would use Elite again.

I had problem with Samsung washer not spinning or rinsing properly. Once the service men arrived he knew exactly what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and quick in fixing the problem. I was very impressed!
