Unprofessional, unhelpful, unorganized, untruthful and especially not willing to help or even do their part in the repair where they dropped the ball properly. These are just the positives of dealing with these guys. They refuse to pick up a phone to call a customer to ensure you’re prepared for the repair. They do text you with no details other then just that they are coming. They expect you who lives in a red zone, months into Covid and who happens to be a cancer patient, to go find a cooler to put all Refrigerated product that you just stocked the fridge with and will go bad if it sits out for many many hours in with no notice.
