Work Order# 74341
Today we had Elite come out and perform a service on our Samsung fridge. Although the technician Rex was on time and friendly, the company I feel doesn’t explain the cost properly ahead of time. They mention a diagnostic fee which I accept but then they tell you they will take it off the work order if you decide to have the repairs done. The thing that upsets me the most is that the labour was more than $200 for less than 30 minutes and a trip charge is an absolute insult. I wish I can charge a trip charge for every appointment I go on. I just hope the repair holds up and I don’t require their services any more. This is a company that Samsung recommended.
