Carl was on time for the service call, he was extremely professional and courteous. He came with all the stuff he needed for the repair. Within the hour he had the motor and the computer board changed. The dryer washer combo is back up and running smoothly. Thanks again. For this 10 star service!!! Work order # 9409074201
