The door closure system of our Fisher and Paykel fridge popped out and needed replacement. Elite was very helpful on the phone to ensure that we would have the correct replacement part, would get the order in as quickly as possible and have a service technician come as soon as the part was available (ticket# TK00030778) - and all this in good time for the fridge demands of a Thanksgiving dinner! The technician was comfortably on-time, was very knowledgeable about the problem and had everything working properly within 15 minutes. Very happy!
