348347 order -Dishwasher drawer was not locking upon closing and control panel display was flashing multiple messages. Conan the technician did a diagnostic on the machine and determined the problem with the locking mechanism and not motherboard then went on line found the part and quoted the price before it was ordered, so I knew the cost upfront. Office staff is friendly and efficient and company is paperless.
