I was very happy with the service I received on my Viking refrigerator for the following reasons:
1. Technician was familiar with the appliance and knew what he was doing (I had had problems with poorly informed techs with other service companies);
2. The tech trouble shooted to find the most economical remedy to the problem first;
3. Communication was by e-mail so I was notified when service would take place and I had receipts of my invoice;
4. Service was punctual;
5. Tech was friendly.
