My wife and I have been stung twice before by moving companies.

Found Viktoria Professional Movers on-line; checked out their BBB rating (impressive rating). Hired them to help us move.

Guys showed up on time, were extremely courteous, proficient, wrapped all of our furniture with protective blankets, etc. and worked at a good pace.

We were extremely impressed with the two guys who helped us move and the office personnel.

Definitely recommend Viktoria Professional Movers to others looking for a company who provides top-level service at competitive pricing.

We did not have a simple one day move. Our mortgage company kept pushing our closing - for 3 weeks to be exact. It got to the point where we had to be out of our existing house, but had no where to go, but a hotel. Viktoria came and got all of our household items, furniture, everything!, and moved it to their warehouse. Our things ended up being there for a week. Once we finally closed on our new home, the same crew of nice Moves moved our items very professionally into our new home. Nothing was broken. All of the employees were very courteous and polite. During that 3 week period, I spoke with Ray several times on the phone and he was always very professional as well. I can not say enough good things about Viktoria. I do not plan on moving for quite some time, but If yes I gonna use them again. I will tell any of my friends who are moving, this is the company to call. Thanks guys!

Ours was the second move of the day for this crew from Viktoria Moving. We were told that they would come to us as close to 2 pm as possible, following another job. The crew leader called at 2 pm and said they were on their way, so I was very impressed with their punctuality. You would think that they would be tired and slow by mid-afternoon especially in the winter cold, but they were awesome! They charge about $120/hr for two men and a truck but they also sent a third man for just $35/hr extra which turned out to be an incredible deal. Adam, Mike and Boris could not have been nicer and could not have worked harder. They loaded stuff from 2 locations and hauled it up two flights of stairs at the final destination and assembled a bunch of furniture for us - all in just over 6 hours. Very impressive. Additionally, the office staff/phone experience was equally pleasant. I would recommend Viktoria Moving to anybody any day.

I wanted to use a local GTA mover for my long distance move to Laval Quebec because I am skeptical about those big moving companies, better to have someone local and accountable. Viktoria came recommended from a family friend and they immediately impressed: sensible estimate, asked a bunch of questions, informative, cute voice at the office.

My experience with them was very professional and capable. A good, fair price for service that it seems to me is probably the best deal better then you can expect from others. They kept in touch daily to ensure I knew what was going on during the transport, even on a Sunday.

They have earned my recommendation, and I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of times I've done that.

Mike and his crew were great - They arrived on time and started right away. There were no damages to any of our furniture or to the walls/floors of our new house. Everyone at Viktoria was friendly and professional.
Mike came out to give us an estimate prior to our move, and his numbers were just about right. (It took a little longer than he initially thought, but he was in the ballpark). We quoted with a couple other services and both estimated much more time and manpower. We're very happy with the job Viktoria Movers did for us and highly recommend their services!

They were efficient, polite, did the move quietly and with the utmost professionalism. Harrold seemed to be in charge during the move and he had his team of three working with such care unlike any I have seen with any other mover.

The move went beautifully. Adam, Mike, Kevin and Harold were professional and went above and beyond to help us out and work with us. This was not an easy move - 3,500 square foot house. There was a lot to do and there was not one complaint from anyone. They worked until the job was completed and did everything we asked of them. I have moved across the country three times and know that it is difficult to move without something being damaged. I was 100% pleased with Viktoria professional movers - thank you! If we ever move again, you will be the first people we call!!!

They arrived earlier than planned (after they called to confirm we were ready) and wrapped all large furniture, desks, cabinets, and all of our paperwork, they starting on the 2nd floor. They were careful with all our possessions and made a point to let us know of any damage prior to wrapping . Once we were in our new location they assisted in moving all pieces exactly where we needed them. All three employees were courteous and polite. I would definitely recommend Viktoria to anyone moving their office, these guys are quite the experts, and should we ever need to move again I would call them first.

I used Viktoria to pack up my belongings and move to my new home. With a 5 man crew they were able to do this efficiently in around 6 hours and for much less than the estimated price. Everything was well packed, so there was no damage to anything. There was one small issue which my contact at Viktoria was able to resolve very quickly. All I need to do now is arrange for all the used packing materials to be picked up!
