Viktoria Professional Movers

Our family moved 9 times and Viktoria and thier team are far and away the best movers we EVER worked with. Their crew showed up on time, listened to what we wanted, took care of our belongings and catered to our every need. I have never worked with a company as focused on fulfilling the customers needs as Viktoria. I've recommended this firm to those folks who have purchased the household items we were selling and would recommend them to anyone who needs to move locally or across country.

Adam arrived on time to give us an estimate. He was courteous and attentive to detail. The day before the move Viktoria called to confirm our appointment. The men arrived on time, 7:00 AM and looked over the situation and began work immediately. They were friendly, careful and listened to our requests for handling of certain delicate items. They worked as teams, their words, the old guys vs. the young guys. Randy and Mike beat the others with their efficency. They had great attitudes, smiles and words of comfort. They made the move almost easy.

The Victoria company sent 2 of their vans and trailers to my apartment. They also had six men to perform the job of loading the furniture. They were able to finish the loading very quickly (it only took 2 hours) and then I sent them to two different storage locations. They completed the loading of the storage units in three hours. After they finished they even swept up the storage units and left them clean. They took pictures of furniture that was previously damaged and talked to me about their condition prior to loading it into the trailers. They loaded the vans with all of my fragile pieces (artwork, flat screen TV, mirrors). The following day they delivered the furniture and boxes (this is what I had requested). It took them a total of six hours to unload and set up the furniture. They did a wonderful job in securing furniture in storage. They placed furniture cloths between pieces to prevent scratches and stacked the furniture in a manner to avoid tipping. They were polite, patient and very careful with my furniture and boxes.

I needed to have furniture moved from one location to another. I contacted Viktoria after reading the exceptional comments made by other members on Homestars. Boris was extremely cordial, professional and fair. The band of men he sent were Matt, Colby and Adam. They were more than impressive. This group of young men were absolutely great; respectful, careful, trustworthy and they worked quickly. I highly recommend and will most definately call them again when I have anything more I need moved.

Viktoria Moving initially came out and gave us a free estimate for packing and moving. The person who came out was on time and was thorough. Once we selected them they sent 4 packers. They arrived on time and had all the necessary packing materials. They were very polite and patient. The household goods and furniture were going to several different locations so we had to decide on where several of the items had to go that were being packed. They did a very good job of packing and marking everything and at the same time were very quick and efficient despite our indecision on several of the items.
They moved us the following day, again they were on time and were very polite and professional. The furniture and boxes were loaded very efficiently and quickly. They had to off load at two different locations which was done efficiently. There was no damage to any of the items. We were very pleased and would recommend them strongly. Their attitude and professionalism made the move much easier than we expected and they were under their estimate.

I couldn't be happier with our office move. The team was friendly, professional and did an excellent job. Plus, the overall price was much lower than other quotes I received. They have a simply pricing structure without hidden extras. They showed up on time, they were efficient and even did a follow up to ensure I was happy. Thanks so much! We moved to Toronto from Owen Sound in January but our new home was not ready until March. The movers we used from Owen Sound moved our home into a storage unit in Toronto, so once our home was ready in Toronto, we had to find a local company to move our stuff from the storage unit to our new home. Upon many phone calls and research on homestars we decided to hire Viktoria Movers and we are so glad we did. They arrived on time, even in the rain at the storage unit. Loaded up the trailer and van, which considering they did not know what the original movers had really done was a task in itself, they did a very good job of finding everything that had been taken apart and put in drawers that needed to be put together once it was in the new condo.
The two young men were very professional and handled everything with care. We would not only recommend them to our friends we would also use them in the future if we needed in movers.

Now that the dust has settled after the move, I just want to thank the Viktoria team for making this the most painless move ever - I have moved 15 times in the last 30 years and this was the most amazing one! The guys were courteous, friendly, efficient, and punctual; I couldn't have asked for a better crew! I will definitely be referring the company to friends and family!

I am recently separated and had to live the family home immediately for the safety of my family. I had to pack up the house and move within days. Maria has been a life saver... meaning that literally. Maria and her crew moved me to a condo and then put my contents in storage that the condo couldn't accommodate. She has been so supportive and accommodating during a very stressful and emotional time in my life. I can not begin to thank you enough!!!!

The crew of 2 men (Adam and Boris) were highly professional and worked hard and fast! The owner of the company even came out with a piece of equipment to help make their move a bit easier! I am very pleased at the workmanship the company exudes. Besides being professional, they were very respectful of me and my possessions. Much appreciation!! Will definitely recommend Viktoria!!!
