We had an large apartment worth of furniture, boxes, and household items in storage in Kingston which needed to be delivered not only to our new house in Thornhill, but some of the items were then going to a relative's house in Milton. Viktoria's crew was prompt, very polite, and incredibly professional. They asked a lot of questions up front about where things were going so it enabled them to be more efficient loading the truck. They also did a quick walkthrough of the house to get a sense of what where things went in the house. Really really organized and, most importantly, not a scratch anywhere in the new house and nothing broken!. It is obvious the crew was not just hired muscle; they were pros.
The quote was for $4300 and was only over (by $150) because we threw them the curveball (after the quote) of having to stop in Milton to unload some of the furniture. Viktoria gave us the best estimate and I cannot imagine anybody doing a better job. It is a joy to work with Viktoria, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
