Professional from beginning to end. From Marnie to the install guys everyone was so professional and nice it was super refreshing (some contractors not so easy to deal with). Marnie even recommended a more powerful unit and glad I listened to her as the water is super hot. No upselling, just we have a big house so it was smart for her to suggest as the other unit I was originally looking for was just recommended by another supplier. Nice that she cared.

I even asked for a CHAC T-shirt and got an awesome hoodie and hat to boot. Loved that customer appreciation.

Anyway, would definitely recommend as great price and amazing service. The water heater is quite and works perfectly. I will be calling them for sure to have more work done in the future.

After calling several contractors I called Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning. Within minutes their Sales Rep contacted me and setup an appointment for the next day to come over and give me a quote. The quote was much less than I had received from other contractors and for a Lennox Furnace that was higher in Quality than others that were Quoted. The installation was completed by their own team of installers who did an excellent job and removed the old furnace as well as all the garbage. I would and will recommend this company to all my friends as well as my relatives.

The man who did the service was truthful, competent, and true to his word. Installation was done on time. The installation and service was excellent as was the follow up. I would recommend him and his company to anyone I know.

Chris and Convertible Heating were amazing. Chris walked me through the different options for ductless AC and how the rebate system would work and then connected me with a great energy auditor. Throughout the whole audit and installation process he was very responsive and easy to get into contact with. Unfortunately there are a lot of companies out there trying to gouge their potential customers, but not Convertible Heating and AC, their quote was very reasonable.
