We were referred to Convertible by a friend. We dealt with Marnie who came out and did a thorough review of our current system and gave us a reasonable quote. She was very knowledgeable and straight up, no bad sales techniques like some of the other companies we got quotes from. She followed up in a timely manner and we scheduled our installation.
