Michael (sales) came to my house and after a thorough inspection recommended a replacement unit, including the necessary installation work.
The installers were on time, courteous, considerate, pleasant and easy to deal with, efficient and left the premises clean upon completion. They also took great care not to damage any plants, etc. while exchanging the units outside.
My experience exceeded my expectations, from the initial telephone call to the finishing of the job.
