Had used Convertible before for Air Conditioners/Furnace at other properties, engaged them again for new Goodman High Efficiency Furnace and new Rheem Hot Water Tank. Installers Kamil and Stephen were on time, very polite, and highly efficient. They even took the time to re-route the prior drainhose positioning and to move the Water Tank placement into a more optimal configuration to free up space in the area. Explained the changes from our old product to the new product, and also took care of the Enbridge "red tag" situation for us as the old Furnace and Tank had been flagged as hazardous, nat gas shutoff, etc. Highly professional and efficient. Would recommend again.

In fact, when I saw your name on today's job list, I remembered you from years ago. I was one of your first sales people, about 15 years ago. Thank you for staying with us all these years, I told you we never disappoint, I meant it.
Thank you again. And this time around, furnace MFG's require online registration within 30 days. You don't need to do it for the water heater, but you do for the Goodman furnace. Kamil would have given you the serial number today with instructions.
