We used vinyl pro this summer and the windows were installed but job is not 100% complete and the company appears to have gone out of business, had to find a competitor to finish the job. If they start up again stay away is my recommendation!!

Initially we were very excited to have Vinyl Pro install roughly 15 new windows and 3 new doors in our home. Arthur was an excellent salesman and showed their product very well. After researching a few companies we decided to go with Vinyl Pro because they had such good reviews, especially on this website. After our experience with them I am extremely confused and find it hard to believe that the company we dealt with is even the one that corresponds to these reviews. We were told our windows and doors would arrive and be fully installed in 8-10 weeks. The windows arrived on time, but were told the doors would be in the following week. And then the following week. And then 2 weeks later. In all the doors ended up being installed around week 14-15, holding up the siding contractors that were waiting for the doors to be installed. The product we received we are very happy with, however the installers and company in general is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. There were many times when I made phone calls that were unreturned for days and my questions about the arrival of our doors went unanswered. However, when I sent an email requesting someone contact me back with some sort of response and threatened to file a complaint with the BBB I got an immediate response, even though it was a weekend. As far as working in our home, the installers tracked mud on our carpet and other floors on 2 separate occasions even after we asked that they lay down drop cloths to walk on. One of the installers also broke on of our kitchen chairs and instead of showing it to us and apologizing, he put the broken half of the leg back under the chair as if nothing had happened and left it for somebody else to sit on and crack their head open. At this point we had so many problems with the installing team that we confronted them, and they chose to deny they had done anything. Overall, I would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone. Other than having a good product, the company is terrible.

I paid a $4000 deposit on Aug 28th, expecting windows in approximately 6 weeks. My emails and phone calls have been ignored - still no windows as of Dec 14th. I would never recommend that anyone do business with Vinylpro. I am also filing a BBB complaint and will be seeking legal action this week.

Splurged on an expensive high quality triple pane, glazed, sun tolerant installed window. We were happy with the service and it looked great. . . Until a crack appeared from top to bottom the year after. They claim to have the best warranty around. When I called and explained the situation, the person told me that if I read the fine print on the back, they do not cover breakage of any kind. I asked him why the glass would spontanously break and he said glass doesn't. He wouldn't come down and even look at it. He was snickering a little throughout the conversation because he knew there was nothing I could do. He didn't care to rectify the situation at all. He said he could replace the glass at my cost. . . About another 1000. I'm not giving him another penny , especially if there is no guarantee. Two other companies I contacted to come and fix it were surprised thAt they would've repair the window. They even said to try asking Vinyl pro again because these companies felt that it should be under warranty . One of the companies said that they would even write them stating that there was no misuse on our part and there was a flaw in the product. But Vinyl pro has no intention of fixing this. So my 3200$ window is now $4200. I guess that if the product is not faulty , it's good. If there are problems, you are screwed. It's a gamble with this company. We won't be taking a gamble with Vinyl pro again. Can't afford it!

I got all my windows replaced in July 2014 from Vinyl Pro Windows (Edmonton). The service was courteous during the quote, sale and installation process. Based on my previous experience in Calgary from other supplier, I asked Vinyl Pro to properly install so windows should not leak, everyone assured me that their work is satisfactory and it will never happen. With the first snow blast/storm during November 2014, all windows started giving cold draft, I tried to contact, left voice mails, sent emails. The company is not responding, and my furnace is at breaking point due to running 24/7. I believe I have to file with BBB and them small claims court. I don't recommend this company.

I got my 3 basement windows done by this company approx 1 year ago. We recently experienced some flooding and couldn't pin point were exactly it was coming from. I called a professional inspector to come in and find out where exactly the problem was. Upon the inspection being completed i was advised that the seals failed around all 3 windows and with all the rain we had through the summer it ended molding between the drywall and wood flooring we has just put in. As soon as i was told this i advise the company of what happened. I was told they would send a representative out. The rep who came was extremely rude and told us no flood was not caused by the window yet he had to 3 large tubes of caulking around all the window. I call the company again only to be told they have to speak to their manager. I have a 11 month old son in my house and i am extremely concerned about the mold. Ive contacted Pro Vinyl several times and i keep getting ignored. As a civil servant i pride myself on client satisfaction. Yet this company who i thought would step up to the plate andctake responsibilty for something they did choose to hide and dodge me. I would Never recommend them to any friend or family.Beware of this company yes they may install your windows and everything is good. But if they make a mistake they will not correct it.Even now i recieved 0 cooperation with this company. Now i will have find a way for my basement to be fixed.

I was looking for main door replacement in my house ,which is 30 years old. This company provided me with a reasonable price and big selection of styles. Estimator Vito was very easy to work with and arrived on time. Installers Igor and Sergey were professional and fast working. My wife was pleasantly surprised at how organized and clean the job was done.

We recently had Vinyl Pro replace all of our main floor window. I was impressed with the sales person, Arthur. He was very knowledgeable about the product, and we were quickly convinced that this was the product we wanted for our home. We were quite happy about the price as well.
The installers also good. Thank you to Ivan and Dennis for doing a great job!

We would highly recommend this company, after having had quotes, seeing products from other companies. We chose Vinyl Pro, as we didn't feel pressured , the cost was lower, with a higher quality of product, than what was offered by other companies. From the onset with the sales representation by Alan, to the installers, the job has been professionally done, the end product is wonderful. We had 18 windows, and one door replaced. Loved the look of them, that I had Alan come back to order the few windows left to do, and to include the rest of the doors. Also asked , if they could fix the look of 4 windows that were replaced with another company, so that they could look as good as the ones that were put in by Vinyl Pro. I would use them again, and definitely would recommend them to be your choice, if you were thinking of installing windows or doors.

Pavlo answered all questions; none were too stupid! which made me feel very comfortable about choosing Vinyl Pro to replace our aging windows and doors! The installers were great, very thorough, fast and efficient. And we are very pleased with the results, quality product and installation all the way! We have had many compliments and are looking forward to many years of worry free windows and doors!
