Cadaxx Design

Alex and his team (Stacie) are fantastic. They prepared all the drawings (2D & 3D architectural) for our third story addition and second story renovation and handled all of the submissions to the city for the permits. HVAC and Engineering site visits were coordinated by Alex and incorporated into the package he submitted to the city. After obtaining our first set of permits we decided to make some changes to our original project and needed to obtain new permits for the revisions. We used Cadaxx for a second time for updated drawings and submission to the city for the permits.

Alex is very easy to work with, he listens well, makes alterations quickly and provided a fair and transparent pricing and payment structure.

Many builders/contractors that we spoke to/worked with were surprised at how quickly Cadaxx obtained the permits and that it was done without going to the committee of adjustments. Many also told us they really liked the 3D renderings provided as it allowed them to better understand what was being done before using the 2D architectural drawings. Apparently not all architects provide this... We really liked them because it really brings the concept to life and gives you confidence that your vision is what is going to be built.

I will definitely return to Alex and Cadaxx for any future projects and 100% recommend Cadaxx.
