I hired Acker Home Inspection I hired Phil Acker to conduct a home inspection for my new Richcraft home. Phil was wonderful to deal with from the very first email/phone call I had with pre-closing concerns. He gave me great advice and his inspection service was extremely thorough and informative. He spent over 2.5 hours at my home with his colleague and inspected every square inch of my home. He alerted me to issues I was not aware of and also explained various things to help me run my home efficiently and safely. He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and his reported was submitted very promptly. An acquaintance referred Acker Home Inspection to me, and I will recommend his service to anyone and will only use his company again in future.
