We called upon Acker Home Inspection to inspect two new homes located in separate developments. Phil and his co-worker showed up on time and immediately gained our confidence. His inspection reports were very well written in comprehensible language and he included myriad photos precisely documenting issues.
Phil demonstrates an exceptional work ethic and truly impressed us with his level of knowledge and professionalism. He is incredibly thorough and did an excellent job. During both inspections, we asked many questions and he patiently provided concise information about issues we were unfamiliar with.
We especially want to give props as he truly went above and beyond by repeatedly making himself available post inspection to advise us on several issues in the report. His reports and photos were of great assistance. When contacted, the response to our concerns was immediate. In fact he returned to inspect the repair work and provided another concise, outstanding report with photos of the remaining deficiencies complete with recommendations.
