Starting with Josh who generally is the first person you see and he will take you step by step through the installation and fully answering any questions you may have about the layout. then he will proceed to measure up the job with laser accuracy. Then in about two weeks one of their installation crews come by to install. Matt and Joey were terrific. They had the utmost respect for the surrounding finish surfaces in my washroom and were very tidy. in fact you won't have known they were even there except for the sparkling new shower enclosure. About 7 years ago, Doors and More installed shower walls and door for me and I was extremely happy with the service and quality of work. I called them again just recently to install walls and doors for another shower that I renovated. This was an unusual design but Frank, who I believe is the company owner, was very helpful in walking me through how it would be built and installed. About a week after the installation, I noticed a very small issue. I called Frank and he immediately set up a time and day for the problem to be resolved. Unusual design for a solid glass panel for a walk in shower which included standoffs to mount the glass 1.5 inches from the finished floor.

Frank and his team executed a flawless production and installation that exceeded my expectations. I will add having done a few glass shower enclosures over the years I have never seen such quality and finishing detail.
