My 20+ year old shingles were in ghastly condition and I had a serious leak from a skylight. I called a few companies for quotes and Ash from The Roofers was the first to reply. He came out right away and surveyed the roof with his drone, taking pictures that he later sent me so I could see the extent of the work that needed to be done. He was very courteous and easy to talk to - not minding the MANY questions I fired at him! He was very knowledgeable about the products they use and presented the company's credentials, insurance coverage, etc. which were all current. After considering the different companies and their different qualities, I chose The Roofers. They coordinated a date, and time that fit my schedule and were very careful to respect my property as well as the neighbours. The job itself went smoothly. The workers started on time and worked diligently, removing the offending skylight, replacing damaged boards and re-shingling the roof and attached garage. Everything that was included in the quote was delivered. Now I just have to get used to the shingle colour I chose!

Firstly, Ash actually came to speak with us; some other companies had someone measure without us knowing, then sent us a quote by email. It was nice to have a real person walk us through the process. Their contract was detailed, and made things transparent. The workers were pleasant and friendly, and Uncle, a benevolent overseer of the work, took the time to explain any modifications and answer any concerns or questions. One thing that stood out was how Uncle, when a small portion of our wooden deck was inadvertently scratched, offered to sand and paint the affected area. He not only offered, he actually did it. That spoke volumes to me about his, and the companys, integrity. They cleaned up, as promised, and took care of the warranty that came with our particular package.

Did a fantastic job on the roof, fast and efficient they were here and gone in under 10 hours clean up included.

My experience was great from start to finish. All progress was communicated to me as the work progressed and photos were sent showing all aspects of the stripping and the ice dams sheathing , flashing and sealing of the roof before shingles were laid. The job was done properly with a great crew. Very happy with the finished look.

All work was completed in one day. When they left it looked as if no one had been there due to their diligence in doing a thorough clean up.

The Roofers did an excellent job replacing my roof. They were very professional, and easy to work with. I particularly liked that they had one contact person, who kept in touch with me throughout the whole job. He made sure that I understood the contract, the materials that would be used and the process required to replace the roof. They did the work promptly, completed it in one day, with very minimal disruption to my house and the neighbourhood. Their cleanup job was amazing they put tarps down to prevent any debris on my sidewalk or lawn. And my new roof looks beautiful!
