Charged me $75. for a quote for 3 jobs, cost of which they said they would deduct from work ordered. They provided a wrong assessment on the major issue, and an exorbitant price. I hired a different company. Asked Roofs on Homes to complete one of the smaller jobs they quoted, in order to use the $75. quote fee, and they refused: Marie advised me that Dan said the quote price can only be used if I hire them to do everything. Completely unfair and unethical!!!

This homeowner called in for a repair which the office explained there is a $75.00 Inspection fee for our technician to drive out and inspect her roof which is a non-refundable policy, which she agreed via email.
We provided quotes for her concerns. No work was preformed She decided to hire another company to do the work.
She called back after the other company wouldn't provide the work for one of the items she was looking to get completed
I tried to explain to her that we cant guarantee to stop the leaks at the existing eaves trough system.
3 Months later now is asking for her $75.00 back ?
