The product did not completely take to my roof and blew off the roof and damaged my vinyl siding. When it was brought to the companyies attention, I got nothing but lip service and false promises . After several months of no warranty work being done, I pushed for the repair work to be done as promised. The owner became extremely hostile. His lack of professionalism was unbelievable. After no resolve, I enlisted the services of the BBB, and who after their dealings with Steve, have ended up revoking his BBB acreditation. BUYER BE VERY AWARE. In my opinion, if you have a warranty issue the company will not follow through.
